Bread is an early-stage SF-based 8-person startup building machines that learn like humans. We've received support from top-tier Silicon Valley VCs including Menlo Ventures, closing our $5 million seed round in mid 2025.

Our mission is to give people greater control over AI by building systems that can learn from everyday language, taking back control from oligopolistic, closed-source frontier labs pouring billions into static, one-size-fits-all models.
